Orders and shipping

How long does my order take?

Shipping details will be confirmed once the collection is available. The estimated delivery time will be shown on each product before you complete your purchase, and we'll notify you by email as soon as your order ships.

Where do you ship?

We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Shipping is free on orders over €69.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with the tracking number so you can check its status at any time.

Returns

How can I make a return?

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return. Write to us at hola@tacita.es with your order number and we'll explain the next steps. The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We're very sorry if this happens. We recommend writing to us at hola@tacita.es within 48 hours of receipt, attaching a photo of the item and the packaging. This recommendation does not affect your legal warranty rights.
