Final shipping details will be confirmed once the collection is available. The estimated delivery time will be shown on each product before you complete your purchase.
Shipping costs:
- Free shipping on orders over €69
- Orders under €69: standard carrier rate
We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. You'll receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return.
To start a return:
- Write to us at hola@tacita.es with your order number
- We'll confirm the process to follow and the return address
- The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging
Once the item is received and checked, we'll process the refund as soon as possible.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, we recommend writing to us at hola@tacita.es within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos of the item and the packaging. This recommendation does not affect your legal warranty rights.
