Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return, with no need to give a reason.

Conditions

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • It must keep its packaging and labels in perfect condition.
  • Returns of items showing signs of use are not accepted.

How to start a return

  1. Write to us at hola@tacita.es with the subject "Return – [order number]".
  2. We'll confirm the return and send you the shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item well and send it to the address we provide.
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process the refund within 5 to 10 business days.

Refund

The refund is issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective item or an error in the order.

Defective or incorrect items

If you receive an item in poor condition or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo. We'll cover the return shipping and send you the correct item or issue a full refund.
